Nigel Blackaby KC is a partner and global co-head of the international arbitration group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Washington DC, where he has acted as counsel and arbitrator in over 100 cases. He is also an adjunct professor of investment arbitration at the Washington College of Law, American University, and a member of the court of the SIAC. Constantine Partasides KC is a founding partner of Three Crowns LLP, a counsel and arbitrator in many high-profile arbitrations, and is a Board Member of ICCA and the LCIA.
