Review quote:

"This book is a valuable addition to any school library, supporting STEM education and encouraging critical thinking. It would work well as a supplemental text for science lessons. Highly recommended for upper elementary and middle school students as the book is very text-heavy." —Jamie R., NetGalley-Librarian

Biographical note:

The Amazing Theatre of Physics is an entertainment and educational group that performs science experiments in order to show people how the world around us works in a way that is fun and exciting. They’re like magicians, only they explain how their tricks work. Having started performing in 2008, they travel around the world with their show, performing in a wide range of venues, from theaters, town squares, and schools to churches, synagogues, and retirement homes.

Vojta Hanak, a graduate teacher of mathematics and physics, has dedicated nearly two decades to bringing the wonders of science and the laws of nature to people of all ages and professions. Over the years, he has performed experiments in theaters, on camera, at the altar, and in synagogues. In addition to his passion for the natural sciences and their history, he is also an avid musician.

Bara Mikulecka is a graduate teacher of mathematics and physics, and also holds a degree in astrophysics. She has been an integral part of The Amazing Theatre of Physics for many years, and it has become her second family. Bara is also the founder of the ULeT camp and the KrTeK club. She actively teaches at an elementary school, conducts seminars for teachers, and produces popularization videos. Her ultimate goal is to convey the beauty of physics and science, aiming not only to make physics enjoyable but, more importantly, to inspire people to contemplate the world around them. Beyond her educational outreach, Bara is an enthusiastic rock, mountain, and glacier climber.

Karolina Liskova studied condensed matter physics and physics education. Rather than focusing solely on physics in the laboratory or on computer screens, she was increasingly drawn to the idea of imparting her knowledge to others. At The Amazing Theatre of Physics, she takes pleasure in sharing the excitement of how fascinating the world around us can be. In addition to her role as a scout leader, you''re most likely to find
