Talens Picture Varnish Matt 003 Spray 400ml

Purpose: Long-lasting protection of oil paintings (final varnish). Aerosol composition: synthetic resins, petroleum spirits, silicates. • Apply after the paint layer has completely dried (approximately one year for normal thickness coats). • Apply in a single coat and spread in one direction. • Dries in a few hours. • Does not yellow. • Bottled varnish provides a satin sheen; aerosol varnish is more matte. • Mixing with Gloss Picture Varnish 002 will increase the gloss level. • Thins with turpentine. • Rinse brushes with petroleum spirits or turpentine. • Dried varnish layers can be removed with petroleum spirits or turpentine. • When the varnish begins to cloud, place the bottle in hot water. • Highly flammable (extremely flammable in aerosol form).
