Jennifer T. Campbell has written and co-authored several other leading technology texts, including TECHNOLOGY FOR SUCCESS; DISCOVERING COMPUTERS: DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, DATA, AND DEVICES; DISCOVERING THE INTERNET; WEB DESIGN: INTRODUCTORY; MICROSOFT EXPRESSION WEB INTRODUCTORY CONCEPTS AND TECHNIQUES; COMPUTER LITERACY BASICS: MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 COMPANION; and MICROSOFT OFFICE QUICK REFERENCE POCKET GUIDE. For over 25 years, she has served integral roles in computer educational publishing as an editor, author and marketing manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The College of William and Mary. Dr. Mark Ciampa is a professor of analytics and information systems and the program director of the graduate Cybersecurity Data Analytics program in the Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Prior to this, he was an associate professor and served as Director of Academic Computing at Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, Tennessee for 20 years.
