Taiki Inomata loves badminton, but he has a long way to go before he can reach nationals. When Taiki sees upperclassman Chinatsu Kano practicing her heart out on the girls’ basketball team, he falls for her hard. After an unexpected turn of events brings the two closer together, sports might not be the first thing on their minds anymore!

Chinatsu’s father returns to Japan to watch her play, but instead of talking basketball, Chinatsu confesses that she’s dating Taiki, much to his disappointment. Then, during the Winter Cup qualifier finals, Chinatsu faces Yumeka and Saisho High School. Can Chinatsu live up to her father’s expectations and overcome her greatest rival?
Biographical note:
Born March 28, Kouji Miura began her manga career in 2015 with the release of Aozora Lover (Blue Sky Lover). Her previously published works include Sensei, Suki Desu (I Love You, Teacher) and several one-shots. Blue Box was first published as a one-shot in 2020 before it began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2021.
