Biographical note:
Argentinian architect Francisco Prati is a partner of the firm Lacroze Miguens Prati Architects, former professor at the University of Buenos Aires, and former President of the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CPAU). For five years, he was Head of Urban Planning Department in the city of Buenos Aires.
