Winning the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2011 confirmed Eduardo Souto de Moura (b.1952) as one of the leading figures on the contemporary architecture scene. Biographical note
Antonio Esposito (b.1961) is an architect who has taught at the Bari School of Architecture and the Faculty of Civic Architecture of Milan Bovisa.

Giovanni Leoni (b.1958) is Professor of the History of Architecture at the University of Bari. His publications include a monograph of Fernando Távora (2005) co-written with Antonio Esposito.
