    I love Stephane Renaud, and I love his first book, Pork & Sons. Just buy the book for the gorgeous photos and stories......the recipes are a bit difficult, only because the ingredients are nearly impossible (especially the French pork products) to find in the U.S., even in NYC. It's a nice coffee table book, heavy and pretty to look at. Makes me want to go to France again and again.
